At Tractive, we are convinced that high rpm drilling is the future for concrete drilling. Take a look at this presentation to find out why
So what do we at Tractive define as high speed drilling? Well, somewhere between 4 and 15 meters per second is what we think is achievable right now, with the drill bits and equipment available. Most of all right now, it is a safety question. There is no other real limit.
So give high rpm drilling a try with the Pentruder MDU Core Drill - NTGRA!
Terry Martin from Pentruder Inc. in the US is the author of a CSDA Best Practice document. The best practice document discusses the safe operation of hi-cycle/high frequency systems and explain the different terms that may arise in discussions about hi-cycle/high frequency equipment. The document also covers the difference in systems that utilize power inverters and systems that run directly from a high cycle/high frequency generator.
At the IACDS Seminar during Bauma 2010 Tractive held two seminars on hydraulics versus high frequency.
